Membership Terms

1. Founding Membership

Airspeeder Team Australia Founding Membership is a one-time purchase that entitles the member to a permanent founding number, assigned sequentially in order of purchase. Founding numbers are permanent and are not reassigned. Membership consideration is delivered through the founding number, the member pack, Season One inside access, and community participation, irrespective of any future event approval.

2. Membership benefits

• A permanent, sequentially-assigned founding number.
• A digital and collectible founding card, and a physical member pack.
• Season One inside access: members-only race streams, live telemetry, and team radio, from the first race of Season One.
• Priority ticket allocation as set out in clause 3.
• First right of renewal at founding pricing if annual membership opens.

3. Ticket contingency

Each membership includes priority allocation for one (1) complimentary adult ticket to Team Australia's first public race, targeted for the 2027 season. Public race-day attendance is contingent on air display regulatory approval, which is in progress and not guaranteed. If approval is delayed or not granted for an event, all other membership benefits are unaffected, and the founding number remains permanent. Membership consideration is delivered through the founding number, member pack, Season One inside access, and community, whether or not approval is granted.

4. Founding window closure

Founding Membership closes permanently on the day the gates open at Team Australia's first public race. After closure, no new founding numbers will be issued.

5. Merchandise fulfilment

Member packs and merchandise ship in numbered batches. Please allow up to 21 days for dispatch. Merchandise ships to addresses in Australia and New Zealand.

6. Refunds

Members may request a change-of-mind refund within 30 days of purchase, less the value of any merchandise already shipped. This is in addition to any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Gift memberships

Wingman and Crew tiers include multiple memberships that may be gifted. Additional numbers are assigned following contact after purchase.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
