When you join or express interest, we collect your name, email address, shipping address (for members), and information about your purchase. We also collect standard analytics and advertising identifiers.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details; these are handled directly by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy.

How we use your information

• To assign and manage your founding membership and numbers.
• To fulfil and ship your member pack and merchandise.
• To send membership communications and Season One access.
• To measure and improve our advertising.

Third-party processors

We share limited information with the following processors:

• Stripe — payment processing and shipping details.
• HubSpot — customer relationship management and email communications.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — advertising measurement, including hashed email matching via the Conversions API.
• TikTok — advertising measurement, including hashed email matching via the Events API.
• Google Analytics — website analytics and audience measurement.

Public display of joins

To show the momentum of the count, our site displays a live ticker of recent joins as a member number and suburb only (for example, “#000417 claimed — Adelaide”). We never display your name or any other personal detail in this ticker.

Cookies and advertising

We use a first-party cookie to remember how you arrived (campaign and referral attribution) for up to 30 days, and advertising pixels from Meta and TikTok where enabled. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
