Membership Terms
1. Founding Membership
Airspeeder Team GBR Founding Membership is a one-time purchase that entitles the member to a permanent founding number, assigned sequentially in order of purchase. Founding numbers are permanent and are not reassigned. Membership consideration is delivered through the founding number, the member pack, Season One inside access, and community participation, irrespective of any future event approval.
2. Membership benefits
- A permanent, sequentially-assigned founding number.
- A digital and collectible founding card, and a physical member pack.
- The Inside Line: members-only race streams, live telemetry, and team radio, from the first race of Season One.
- First right of renewal at founding pricing if annual membership opens.
3. Events and admission
Membership does not include, reserve, or guarantee admission to any event. If a future public event in the United Kingdom receives all required regulatory approvals and is announced, members may be offered priority access under separate terms published at that time. All membership benefits, the founding number, member pack, members-only content and community access, are complete as delivered and are not contingent on any event occurring. Members receive first access to official store releases, tour ticket releases, and limited editions ahead of general availability.
4. Day One Founder mark
Members whose founding numbers are assigned before the start of the first Season One race receive the permanent Day One Founder mark on their founding card and register entry. The mark cannot be acquired after that time.
5. Membership term
Founding Membership comprises (a) permanent founder status, being the founding number, Day One mark (where applicable), register entry, and ownership of the founding pack, which are granted once and are not subject to renewal; and (b) membership benefits, being The Inside Line, the founders' store discount, members' competitions, first-access windows, and tour purchase opportunities, which run for the membership term. The founding membership term runs from purchase until the conclusion of the final Season One race. Membership for subsequent seasons renews annually; founding members hold first right of renewal at the founding price. If a membership is not renewed, founder status is retained and membership benefits pause until renewal.
6. Names aboard the aircraft
Founding members' names (or founding numbers, at the member's election) are carried aboard the team aircraft in digital form during Season One races. Members may opt out at any time via the contact address in these terms.
7. Factory tours
From time to time, members may be offered the opportunity to purchase tickets to ground-based tours of the team's workshop facilities. Tours are workplace visits; no aircraft flight activity forms part of any tour. Tour tickets are sold separately, are not included in membership, and are subject to separate terms, availability, scheduling, and safety requirements.
8. Founding window closure
Founding Membership is open during Season One only and closes when Season One ends. After closure, no new founding numbers will be issued.
9. Merchandise fulfilment
Member packs and merchandise ship in numbered batches. Please allow up to 21 days for dispatch. Merchandise ships to addresses in the United Kingdom.
10. Refunds
Members may request a change-of-mind refund within 30 days of purchase, less the value of any merchandise already shipped. This is in addition to any rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. Gift memberships
Wingman and Crew tiers include multiple memberships that may be gifted. Additional numbers are assigned following contact after purchase.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
